Physical Products:

If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item, provided it is unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless otherwise stated.

Digital Products:

Due to their nature, digital items are non-refundable once delivered or downloaded, except in the case of duplicate purchases or technical errors on our part.

Online Courses

Enrollment in any online course is non-refundable once access has been granted, as all materials are considered delivered at that point. Please review course descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Exceptions may be considered in the rare event of duplicate payments or system-related issues preventing access.
